Testing Tracking Links
Once you have entered your tracking links in your Mintegral dashboard, the system will automatically start running a tracking link test to check the click response, deeplink jump, and attribution accuracy, before you can launch campaigns.
After the tracking link test is passed, if you are using Adjust MMP, please reset the click and impression [inactive period] to the default number of days.
You can find the status of the tracking link test as follows:
If you see the test result being in "pending" for more than 48 hours, please contact retargeting@mintegral.com
If you see the test result as "failed", you will receive an email notifying you the potential reasons. It is recommended to review your tracking links according to the email instructions.
You can also run a manual test, please enter your test device ID according to the instructions on the Mintegral dashboard (screenshot below).
If the manual test fails, please check your MMP dashboard - if you see an installation and it matches the test device ID you used, but Mintegral result shows failed, please submit a ticket here. If you do not see any installation on your MMP dashboard, please contact your MMP partner to investigate.
Once your test result shows "success", please contact retargeting@mintegral.com to conduct testing and verify whether the links function properly in both app-wake and reinstallation scenarios.
