1. How long does it take for the deposit to be credited to my account?

The arrival speed of online payment depends on the recharge feedback time of the recharge service provider. After the recharge result is returned successfully, it can be credited to the account in real time.

2. Why does it say that my account balance insufficient even after I have deposited and received the funds into my account?

For campaigns or offers that are suspended due to an insufficient account balance, please reload the page or manually modify the status after your account has been topped up.

 3. How do I apply for an invoice?

  • For prepaid customers, the system supports both scenarios: payment before invoicing and payment after invoicing. Simply go to Top‑Up Management and select the appropriate option to issue the invoice.

4. How to request a refund?

According to the Mintegral online cooperation agreement, Mintegral does not support refunds at this time.
