General Compliance Obligations

Your business practices, including your ads served through our services, your products and services advertised through our services, and data handling, must comply with and not cause Mintegral to violate any applicable laws, including:

  • Age-related restrictions and content rating requirements
  • Licensing and certification requirements
  • Labeling and disclaimer requirements
  • Advertising guidelines and self-regulatory requirements

You agree to maintain documentation demonstrating your compliance with these obligations and to provide those documents promptly upon request by Mintegral.

Advertisers may not use our services to deliver ads containing:

Illegal or Harmful Activities

  • Illegal, illicit, dangerous, or unsafe products, activities, or services
  • Content promoting violence, terrorism, or criminal acts

  • Promotion of hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access to systems
  • Traffic generation schemes or fraudulent traffic promotion

Adult and Sexual Content

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content
  • Adult entertainment services or content
  • Content containing nudity or sexual acts (real or simulated)
  • Dating services with primarily sexual purposes
  • Content inappropriate for designated age ratings

Deceptive and Misleading Content

Misleading Clickbait Elements

  • Fake system notifications, pop-ups, or UI elements mimicking operating systems
  • False close buttons, play buttons, or countdown timers
  • Deceptive interactive elements suggesting user action is required
  • Scare tactics using terms like "virus," "danger," "vulnerability," or "intrusion"
  • Exaggerated claims about device performance issues
  • Words that contradict the act of clicking (e.g., "ignore," "cancel," "abandon")
  • Non-existent functionality claims (e.g., "one-click system cleanup" for unrelated products)
  • Forced software installation or bundled downloads
  • Automatic redirects to downloads without user consent

False Claims and Scams

  • Make-money-fast schemes, pyramid schemes, or chain letters
  • Products or services with misleading, deceptive, false, or unrealistic claims
  • Fake testimonials or endorsements without proper authorization
  • Content that attempts to scam users or obtain information fraudulently
  • Promoting products that aren't stocked or deals no longer active
  • Inaccurate pricing or unavailable call-to-action offers
  • Guaranteeing unrealistic returns or presenting investments as risk-free

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Content that violates or infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, logos, or branded content
  • Counterfeit products or services
  • Sites, software, or tools that enable unauthorized streaming, sharing, copying, or downloading of copyrighted content
  • Distribution of unauthorized physical copies of copyrighted materials
  • Software or tools that remove digital rights management (DRM) technology
  • Products that facilitate unauthorized offline distribution of copyrighted content
  • File sharing, torrenting, or other infringing content distribution platforms

Note: All copyrighted content usage requires express permission from the copyright owner. Products enabling access to copyrighted material by bypassing DRM technology are strictly prohibited.

Political and Sensitive Content

  • Political advertising, elections, or campaign content
  • Content related to war, military conflicts, or sensitive geopolitical events
  • Use of national symbols or flags for political purposes
  • Content that could incite hatred or discrimination

Hate Speech and Harassment

  • Content promoting hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or threats
  • Content advocating violence against any group or individual
  • Discriminatory content based on protected characteristics

Other Prohibited Content

  • Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or substance abuse promotion
  • Weapons and weapon accessories, including firearms and explosives
  • Defamatory or libelous content
  • False or misleading news
  • Shocking, disturbing, or offensive content including graphic imagery

Financial Products and Investments

Required text: "Investment involves risks. Please invest carefully according to your personal ability. Historical income data is for reference only."

Display requirements:

  • Must be visible throughout entire ad duration
  • Cannot be hidden, flashed, or made difficult to read
  • Must be clearly legible and appropriately sized

Online Earning and Task-Based Rewards

Required text: "The final result is not guaranteed. The amount you can obtain is subject to the rules published in the app or website."

Applies to:

  • Apps paying cash for task completion or ad viewing
  • Reward-based promotional activities including red envelopes and cash withdrawals
  • Virtual currency systems or virtual/real currency rewards
  • Any material involving tasks to make money or online earning games

Additional requirements:

  • Specific cash withdrawal rules must be announced within the product
