Creative Step-by-Step Guide

This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough for setting up, managing, and reviewing creatives within our platform.

Part 1: Create a Creative Set

Step 1: Navigation

Navigate to:
User Acquisition → Manage Creative → Create Set → Upload Creative Set

Step 2: Upload Creatives

  • Select Programmatic Creative as the combination method to enable the system to automatically generate and serve the most effective ad combinations.

  • Input Creative Set Name

  • Upload both static images and videos.

Tips:

  • Each creative set must include both images and videos.

  • To add only new images or videos to an existing creative set, refer to Part 2: Add New Creatives.

  • You can create up to 100 creative sets per offer.

 

Step 3: Select Ad Output Format

Tips:

  • Click on the 👁️ icon to preview how ads will appear.

  • This is only a template of the creative format and does not represent the actual delivery or performance preview of the creatives in your campaign.

  • Once uploaded, the system will automatically select all eligible ad outputs.

    • If you want to exclude a specific Ad Output, you can manually deselect it.

 

Step 4: Apply Creative Set to Offer

 

Part 2: Add New Creatives

Step 1: Navigation

Navigate to:

User Acquisition → Manage Creative → Creative → Upload New Creatives

Step 2: Upload Assets

Upload new images or videos as needed.

Step 3: Link to Existing Set

After uploading, link the new assets to an existing creative set to enable ad delivery.

 

Part 3: Remove or Delete Creatives

Step: Navigation

Navigate to:

User Acquisition → Manage Creative → Creative → Remove or Delete Creative

When removing creatives, you first need to select the creative set from which you want to remove them and then submit.

Tips:

Remove: Deactivates the creative from a live offer.

Delete: Permanently deletes the creative from the system.

 

Part 4: Performance Reporting

Step: Navigation

Navigate to:

Reports → Creatives Monitor

Use this section to review creative performance by offer.



Part 5: Ad Spec

Image ads specs

  • Format: JPG (required), JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP

  • Size: Max 5M

    • Required
      • 1200x628

      • 512x512 (icon)

    • Optional
      • 1280x720

      • 720x1280

      • 1080x1920

      • 1920x1080

      • 320x50

      • 600x600

      • 640x120

      • 728x90

Video ads specs

  • Format: MP4

  • Size: Max 200M

    • Required 
      • 1200x628 (statics end card)

      • 512x512 (icon)

    • Optional
      • 1280x720

      • 720x1280

      • 1080x1920

      • 1920x1080

Part 6: Creative Set Review Status

  • Active: At least one ad in the set is approved and running.

  • Pending: All ads are under review; none are available to serve.

  • Rejected: All creatives are rejected; specific rejection reasons are provided per line.

Appeal Rejected Ads: Submit Appeal Form

 

Part 7: Playable Ads

Step 1: Upload Playable Creatives

  • Playable Format: supports URL, ZIP

  • Playable Form: supports playable & dynamic endcard

Step 2: Playable Test Guide

  • Load the Playable

 

  • Play through the entire playable experience until the end to ensure all methods in the file are tested. 

    • If each method is successfully checked, a green checkmark ✅ will appear.

    • If something is wrong, hover over the question mark icon next to each method for a detailed explanation. Retry it until you get a success. (Reach out to your AM if you couldn’t make it happen.)

 

  • Once all methods have been tested and passed, the result will show "Test Success."
