| Question | Answer | |
| 1. | What data must be shared with Mintegral before running a Target ROAS campaign? |
All MMP postback event data must be forwarded to Mintegral through your MMP, including purchase, non-purchase events, ad-revenue postbacks, and any other events you get postback data for. Mintegral's machine learning model will reference these data to perform model optimization. Events must be mapped correctly and forwarded for all media sources to allow the model to learn from as complete a set of data in order for our machine learning to learn and optimize for your campaign. |
| 2. | How do we verify revenue discrepancies between the MMP and Mintegral? |
Compare revenue totals over the same date range. A discrepancy within 5-10% is generally acceptable. Larger differences usually means you should contact your Mintegral account manager and your MMP account manager to see where the error lies. In many cases, any significant discrepancy is due to incorrect event mapping, missing sources in postbacks, or mismatched attribution settings that need to be corrected before optimization. |
| 3. | What is the minimum traffic volume required to run a ROAS campaign effectively? | To provide enough signals for optimization, ROAS campaigns work best when the app has accumulated a large amount of recent traffic, typically around 7–10K installs over the past 7 days in the target region, along with a meaningful number of target events. |
